We only ship quality plants that are well packaged.  Should you receive unacceptable or damages plants, please contact us immediately and please have proof (such as pictures) so that we can make a claim.

We guarantee that our trees, shrubs and perennials are true and in good health.  Plants are not guaranteed for any reason beyond our control including but not limited to failure to, promptly and properly plant, failure to water or over watering, rodents, pets or deer. 

Freight damage claims must be made upon receipt.  Any other claim must be made within 10 days.
