Hosta undulata var. albo-marginata

Large, bold, medium green leaves are splashed with bright white edges forming a handsome, mounding clump of showy foliage.  Leaves are slightly wavy-margined. Holds form and color better through season than white-centered Hostas.

Spikes of lavender, funnel-shaped flowers hang down from stems that rise about 24 to 36 inches above the foliage July through August.  Prefers organic rich, moist, well-drained soils, but will tolerate average, medium-wet, well-drained soils.

Excellent specimen or small group in shade gardens, shady borders and beds, woodland gardens, or used either as an edging for borders or for ground cover by planting in masses.
