Excellent steel-blue foliage color that is almost always truly blue.  Tipped purplish in winter.

Low prostrate, spreading growth habit.  Great texture with scale-like needles giving it a feathery effect.

Widely used as ground cover.  Also good for foundations, rock gardens and gravelly and rocky slopes.  Tolerates a wide range of soils and conditions.
