An old favorite and reliable bloomer.  Produces large, glistening white flowers in late spring that start as pink flower buds.  Evergreen shrub with glossy, dark green leaves all year round and is ultra hardy.

Has more upright then spreading growth habit.  Best in partial shade, but does needs at least 4 hours of sunlight each day to set flower buds for the following year.

Plant in moist, good, well-drained, acidic soil. Ideal for foundation or border planting,
